Hi Jane...

Don't know if you were irregular before going on the pill. If so, you will probably be irregular. You might be off a few months, even if you were regular prior to being on OCP's.

Not worth agonizing. If you are at all concerned about pregnancy, take a test, or ask your Dr. to run the blood test.
