In the meantime, you might try soaking in a warm tub or applying warm/hot compresses (don't burn yourself...just make it to where you are able to tolerate the heat). I've had what you described and it has been treated with antibiotics and warm soaks, sometimes sitz baths. Hope this helps. Feel better! Robin
