You might want to ask your Doc about them and how to appropriately treat it. You can either soak is a tub or put hot compresses on them. If this is a a recurrent problem, and a painful problem, you might want to stop shaving. There are other ways of hair removal that might work better and not cause this to happen, at least not quite as frequently. Hope this helps.
