There is two spots on her cervix that didn't look right. The doctor did a biopsy to have the spots tested for cancer. The results came back that it is not cancer but the doctor wants to do a procedure where they burn the layer of skin over the spots. This all sounds so risky. She is going to go for a second opinion but in the until then, she is pretty worried about it. Does this sound normal? She is only 25 years old. Isn't there any other option?
