anorgasma

I know this sounds like a simple inquiry, but I cannot have an orgasm. My boyfriend and I seemed to have tried everything in the book, but nothing seems to get me anywhere. I am on Ortho-Tricyclin, but no other perscription drugs. I have been sexually active for about a year. Has my anorgasma been a result from the birth control? is that even possible? This feeling of being "broken" upsets me a lot which in turn, upsets my boyfriend. He is also feeling inadequate because of this, even though he is an excellent lover (its not his fault). Are there some medical issues here? or is it all mental? Thank you for listening,
