Dostinex or Parlodel are the present therapies. Success rates in bringing down Parlodel is excellent. If the prolactin is very high, an MRI should be done to look for microadenomas of the pituitary gland.

Sounds reasonable. Once the prolactin is normalized, then see if you start ovulating.

If you didn't get a period for 21 days, a real LH surge must be questoined.

Not likely but a sonogram may be helpful here.
