There are really 2 different Paget's diseases. The first is a very rare cancer of the breast that has a very innocent appearance that may mimic eczema or a dermatitis of the breast, and generally is one of the easier breast cancers to treat.

Paget's disease of the vulva is a rare disorder of the vulvar skin that has a similar appearance to Paget's disease of the breast under the microscope. This is generally non-malignant, but is associated with malignancies elsewhere in the body, such as the vagina or cervix. It is associated with moderate to severe itching, and is generally treated surgically.
