Unfortunately, OrthoTriCyclen is not one of the better pills to do this with. Because it changes hormone strength every few days and the last pills are the highest dose, you would starting a new pack with the loswest dose. This would most likely cause bleeding.

The only thing you can do is to start the next pack with the highest dose (for the days it runs) and sacrifice the rest of the pack.
