lifelong vaginal dischargeFrom: Victoria (anonymous@obgyn.net)Mon, 4 Dec 2000 01:03:29 -0600 (CST)
I am a twenty year old virgin. I have never known if I am normal. As long as I can remember I have had vaginal discharge every day of my life. It could have started when I was twelve when I began menstruating but I'm not sure. I have always wanted to ignore it because it didn't seem like a fatal condition or anything. It happens everyday, sometimes barely and other times a lot more. It is not chunky, but just creamy and white with a slight yellowish tint (again, sometimes more yellowish than not). I feel abnormal and I'm afraid to go to a gynocologist for the simple reason that I don't want to expose them to a mess. I also have a fear of having sex with my boyfriend because I don't want him to think there's anything wrong with me. Could someone please help explain what's going on? Please don't just offer me the advice "go see a OBGYN".
