The subject is much too complex for this forum but .. it's an
inflammation of a portion of intestines that can be quite severe in some
people and less in others. Medication can help control this and on
occasion, surgery is needed.
Your symptoms on occasion can be from a milder gastrointestinal
condition, Irritabel Bowel syndrome.
