There are no long term adverse effects known about oral contraceptives at this point in time. Although OrthoTriCyclen is not bad for your complexion, lower dose pills have been shown to be better. They include Alesse, Levlite, Loestrin 1/20 and Estrostep. Accutane is usually better for sking than the pill but there are potential side effects which are best discussed by your dermatologist.
