you may have already highlighted your problems. Smoking can certainly decrease hormone levels and ability to conceive. Being overweight can also influence hormone levels and body image. Hypothyroidism can also have an effect. Please contact your gyn and if he is not aiding you, seek another opinion. Good Luck
