I am not sure what a hypervascular ovary is, but as an ectopic is a pregnancy, it will cause increased blood supply and blood flow to the surrounding tissues, ovary included. This will be only transient, it will disappear once the pregnancy is removed, treated medically or spontaneously resolves. Hope this helps.
