As far as diseaes go, if you go to a reputable facility, they should test all donors for STD's. The procedure is virually risk free. All that said, as you are so young, would it not be better to search for a better mate. I can see you have been hurt, but you have a lot of time. It will be a lot more enjoyable to bear a child out of love and into a more fertile and protective environment, whenever possible. Good Luck.
