OrthoTriCyclen is a fine pill but you may wish to try one of the pills with less hormone - Alesse (same as Levlite), Loestrin 1/20 or Estrostep (estrogen increases during the month). These has a tendency to reduce all side effects except a temporary increase in break through bleeding (usually limited to the first three months).
