High risk, age 45, Lupus anti, hgh bld, Frt Twins, 7W6D, Help! DEE. Wife of Jefjacks: My name is Denise J.Twins45, I am 7W6D Preg. ULTS at fifth week detected fraternal twins two sac’s , no heartbeat, I have had two prior M\C two DNC, high risk due to age 45, hypertension, lupus antibodies found just prior, on two 1cc heparin injections (stomach), High blood pressure medication (methyldopa 250mg 4 times daily), one Bayer aspirin Children’s, pre-natal vitamins with folic acid, crinone 8% gel (using 6 inch applicator?) progesterone treatment, after application started spotting, Is this to be expected due to medication reaction, should I be trying to minimize applicator insertion? Is this too much medication at once? Should I Amnio or Scan test? When should I hear a heartbeat, 10weeks? 8weeks? Need some advice, no children want to avoid 3rd M/C Help, Love Y’all ************************************************************
