Depending on how they do the cone biopsy, and how much cervix is removed, you should be able to conceive again without any difficulty, or at least no more than you would have without it. This type of surgery is for the treatment of pre-cancer, not invasive cancer. Of course, this problem can always come back, but it usually does not.
