Reply: William F. von Almen, II, MD, FACOG: "Re: Is Something Wrong With Me?" I have been having irregular periods since I started at age 12. I am 20 years old and scared. What is wrong with me? I don't want to go through the BCP route because I don't care if I get pregnant. I have been charting temps to see if ovulation was the prob. I had NO temp rises. What can the ob/gyn do to regulate me? I don't want anything to be seen as infertility because my insurance doesn't cover it, but I want him to do something to help my ovualtion. Is that possible?
