Colposcopy needed--related to mycoplasm and vaginitis?

My doctor diagnosed me with bacterial vaginitis and found that I had a mycoplasm problem which was treated effectively with doxycycline.

Today's Pap results are abnormal (I was abnormal the before this time's results).

I have to schedule for a colposcopy. Do you think that I have a serious disease, cancer, illness? I am very nervous because if it's not one problem, another springs up. My vaginitis went on for at least a year before even being treated so I am very scared.
