I am 22 years old, and have always had pretty regular periods. I had a miscarriage about 2 years ago, and continued after that with normal periods, but my last four cycles have been different. Spotting for 3 or 4 days then a normal amount, then the next day to changing a super plus tampon and super pad about every half an hour, and I have these huge clots (like the size of large walnut or a little bigger) the heavy bleeding last only about 2 or 3 hours like this, then goes back to normal. And I cramp so bad I can't do anything unless i take extra strenght midol. Could I have endometriosis? Fibroids? Does smoking cause this? I am just now getting enough courage to try getting pregnant again. Could I have been having miscarriages these past few months and not even know it? My resent pap test had good results. So whats wrong with me?
