Use Monistat 3, or the Monistat DualPak. If it works, great, and if it does not, the only harm is the continued itching. You can try to see a doctor then. Most universities have a student health center that spends 90% of its time managing contraceptive issues, STDs, and yeast infections. The only way to tell for sure with the urine is to be tested.
