Lack of period/breat tenderness and discharge/mood swings

About a month ago I visited my doctor because I had stoped getting my period on a regular basis. I would get it once every three or four months (sometimes longer). I also noticed that my breasts had begun to get very soar. She said that her first guess was that I had PCOS, so she sent me to have a pelvic altrasound (both internal and external) and did a bunch of blood tests to test my blood suger, kidney functions, and a whole bunch of diffrent harmones.

About two weeks later i noticed i was getting discharge from just one breast, so she ordered some more blood tests for hormones.

I have also noticed in the last month or so that I have started to have some major mood swings. I can be happy one minute and then frustrated and crying the next.

I went to the doctor again this past week and she said all of my blood work came back normal and my pelvic altrasounds look fine. She doesn't think i have PCOS, and that she doesn't think the mood swings have anything to do with harmones and she doesn't think i'm depressed so she more less has no clue what is wrong with him.

Upon doctors orders i have started taken Vitemin E and i have all but cut out my caffine. She thinks that will help with the breast problem and she is also sending me to have a breast altrashound.

Now i don't know where to look. I feel like i'm falling apart my doctor is clueless as to what is wrong with me. If it's not PCOS and my harmones are fine then what can it be? Basically, i wrote all this to get some ideas because i don't know where to turn. I feel like i am falling apart and i don't know what to do about it. Any and all responses would be wonderful.

Thanks, Danika
