First of all, don't scrub. Use a very mild soap, such as Unscented Dove. Use detergents that are dye and perfume free.

Secondly, a Dr. will not die. They have seen everything, and what you are going through won't be the first time for them. I know it is embarrassing for you, but try not to feel that way.

Finally, call the Drs. office and tell them how this is bothering you and maybe they can get you in sooner.
