If you are talking about pelvic pain, I don't see why an ultrasound can't be done to make sure everything looks okay, although not everything will show, such as endometriosis, unless your ovary has an endometrioma, which can't be verified to be an endometrioma (blood filled cyst) without actual visualization of the cyst. If you are talking about your actual stomach or intestines, you might want to get a referral to a Gastroenterologist (GI) to have your GI Tract evaluated. Hope this helps some.
