Hi.. at the outset I would like to say that at 38 I consider myself to be a young woman as I have 2 small kids.. I hve been extremely regular in my periods since the onset at age 13.. I did not spot even once during my pregnancies.. But this month has been wierd.. I got my period at the ususal time and the bleeding stopped as usual after 4 days.. but then 2 days later, I bled again for 5 days and after another 3 days I have been bleeding again for 5 days.... My obgyn says that there is no cause of alarm and that I can wait till my scheduled appt date of oct 17th.. However considering my history I think that something may be very wrong .. what do you think? pls reply P.s: I tessted negative for pregnancy 2.I am not under any kind of stress.. life is as good as it can be! 3. my bleeding is not very heavy. I hope the above info helps Thanks a lot
