You can get a pap which may pick up HPV related disease as well as herpes on the cervix. HPV or herpes elsewhere will not be picked up. If you've been sexually active without condom use for "infection control", Chlamydia cultures should be done, according to the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology, every 6 months.
