A few thoughts.
Some medications like antihistamines and decongestants can dry up the
vagina.
The pill can, in some women, cause decreased libido. You may try
discontinuing them.
If all else fails, please consider marriage/ sex therapy. I'm convinced
the situation is salvagable.
