You haven't given me any evidence to back up his assertion, but, that
being said, premature ovarian failure (POF) may be related to
anti-ovarian antibodies. If your FSH and LH levels are definitive for
POF, there is a chance that there may be other anti-organ antibodies. A
rheumatologist may need to be consulted if the anti-ovarian antibody is
found.

BTW, have you been checked for Factor V Leiden mutation. The pulmonary
embolism at age 23 is of concern.
