Daniel Braun, MD: "Re: Strange periods" I was on the pill for seven years. I went off of the pill in February. I didn't have another period until August when I was put on prempro. Now I am having a period every other week. I am also bleeding for several days after my husband and I have sex. It doesn't hurt when we have sex and I don't start bleeding until the next day and it last for several days. Is this normal? Could this be because I didn't have a period for such a long time. I'm strying to get regulated so that we can try to start having children. Any advice would be wonderful! Next message: R.
