Could it just be a hormone >change> Since your pain is periovulatory, that would argue against endometriosis and lean more in favor of ovulation pain, especially since it is coincidental with stopping the Pill. I am not sure that a laparoscopy would show anything, but on the other hand, you don't have any diagnosis now at all.
