I was prescribed oral contraceptives, but they have recently become a cost I can't afford on my budget as a 20 yr. old. Are there UID or outpatient surgeries that can regulate my periods? Is my fertility affected by polymenorrhea or menorrhagia? Without any treatment, I am required to take three ferrous sulfate pills a day to prevent anemia from blood and fluid loss. Please help.
