It has been fairly well shown that Antibiotics do not decrease absorption of hormones as was once thought. Therefore they don't have that effect. WITH the exception of the Antibiotic "Rifampin". This is most often used to treat tuberculosis. It can cause a problem. Intravaginally administered antibiotics could not cause a problem with the effectiveness of OCP's RDB
