This is very common in college. especially with the stress you can have.
Besides, being a vegan (my daughter is a vegetarian and we keep after
her for adequate nutrition and she does a great job) if you are a
lacto-oo-vegan, you need to be very knowledgeable about other sources of
protein to avoid malnutrition.
The Cliff Notes version - More calories, less running (30-45 minutes per
day is fine but maybe reduce to 3-4 days per week. Based upon your
height, your doctor will be able to figure out what you need to weigh. A
general rule of thumb is above 110# (50 kg).
