Mary,

I'm not a Dr. so telling you for sure if you can get pregnant based on the dates is difficult for me to answer, although I am sure it is possible for you to be pregnant. You also do not mention how long your cycle is (28 days, 40 days, irregular?). If I am not mistaken, and Drs. please correct me, but you usually ovulate on a 28 day cycle around day 14. Preejaculate can contain sperm, and if comes in contact with the vagina, can indeed cause pregnancy.

I know this is a stressful time for you, but try and relax. Stress can cause a period to be off, so you don't need to add to the time that your period is due.

Call and talk with your Dr. and see if s/he can help guide you in this. Even when placed on Birth Control, be it pills, Norplant, etc., always use condoms, as they help to prevent STD's.

Good luck!!!!
