Going to the gyno after a bad experience

About 5 months ago I went to the ER in extreme pain from what I thought might be herpes. I was 15 and had been given a drugged drink at a party a week before and a boy performed oral sex on me against my will. I was still shaken at not looking forward to the exam (although i'd had one once before)Unfortunetly, I encountered the WORST ob/gyn ever. He refused to let a nurse be in the room while he examined me. When I started to cry because I was scared and he was hurting me very badly, he insisted on using a large spectulum even though I'm very small (I bled for 2 days afterwards from it) He called in 2 large male orderlies to hold me down. I was in extreme pain with 2 men that each weighted atleast 200 lbs pressing all their weight on me. During the exam he said several times that I was a slut, even though I'd explained the party and the drugged drink to him. After that experoence I went home and if it wasn't for my sister, I would have killed myself. Now I know I have to goto the gyno, I have a yeast infection that just won't go away :( I know what happened at the hospital isn't going to happen again, but I am still very very scared. If anyone knows something I could do to be less scared when I go I'd really appreicate advice.
