By the odor, it sounds like bacterial vaginosis, an overgrowth of bacteria. Regardless of the treatment, the recurrence rate is 75% but most women have no symptoms. It's an overgrowth, not an infection.

For yeast and bacteria, it wouldn't be.

There are different levels of abnormality. Some are quite minor.

Mycoplasm is not necessarily an infection that needs to be treated unless the patient has symptoms.

Sex doesn't cause spotting for 4 months. There has to be another reason.

Infections other than HPV (a virus) have not been associated with cervical cancer.
