1st of all the HPV came from sexual contact. You need to be using condoms with every sexual encounter, and you need to make sure you have regular pap smears. Now on the pleasure issue; sexual pleasure involves so many different things it is difficult to pinpoint exactly what is the "missing link" here. I would be inclined to wonder about your concerns over the HPV, as this soundslike the most recent change. Also certain medications, stress, and anxiety can affect pleasure. I would definitely talk to your medical provider about this.
