A hooded cervix is usually associated with DES exposure while your mom was pregnant with you. DES may also lead to an abnormally shaped uterus, which may impact your ability to carry a pregnancy. YOur cervix may not truly be hooded, but may have a bit of extra tissue on hte top, which is not indicative of anything.
