I am guessing that you are referring to a woman receiving oral sex from a partner. This does not directly cause yeast. However, anything that alters the natural flora of the vagina can lead to irritation. There is good or "healthy" bacteria and yeast all along the inside of the vagina. Their job is to protect the vagina. Douching, tub baths, and oral sex can reduce the # of nornmal bacteria etc.
