Hi, I have been told that I probably have PCOS by my OB-GYN. I still have to get an ultrasound for another cysts he believes I have. I had surgery for one a year ago, and the year before I had surgery for endometrial hyperplasia. The whole time, I have had bad pelvic pain on my right side, and corresponding pain on my back. Can PCOS cause this, I read one article on this site, that said that many women with PCOS complain of pain, but not many medical publications state this. Also, many OB-GYN's according to this one web-site forum tell their patients that PCOS cannot cause pelvic pain. I want to know then, If cysts can cause pain, Why can't the condition of PCOS be causing it.
