Well i'm not a doctor but the white thick discharge immdeiatley makes me think yeast infection since your not sexually active, as for the red itchy bumps they could be from shaving or like a heat rash sorta thing but you should go to the doc and see because he'll beable to give you something to make it better...im sure the itching is driving you mad so I wouldnt just wait for it to go away on its own! If it is a yeast infection its really no big deal and once you get meds for it you'll feel better in a couple days! Goodluck!
