Atypical fibroid

Following a myomectomy to improve my chances at conceiving a third child (ttc for 3 years) the pathology report indicated an atypical (simplastic) smooth muscle tumor. The recommendation was to try to conceive as soon as possible, and then have a hysterectomy (1 year)- even though these tumors have a low risk of recurrence.

I can find very little data about this diagnosis and plan to get another opinion - have you ever heard of this? Should I see a gynocologist or a gyn oncologist (although she made it quite clear that this isn't cancer)?

I need to understand the risk of ovarian stimulation meds/combined with a possible pregnancy on this potential problem - any suggestions as to where I might go for further info? Questions I should get answered?

Thanks -
