Confused

I had an exploratory lap at my military hospital over the summer, due to abdominal pain I'd been having and the dr found severe adhesions that literally covered my ovaries and had attached to my bowels. I've recently started having pain again, along with severe fatigue, irregular menstruation, bloating, etc...could this have been endometriosis that was missed due to the severity of the adhesions? Also, I'm 35 and due to several cases of breast cancer (5, inc 38 year old cousin with advanced stages)in my family, had my first mammogram done...radiologist at breast clinic said she wanted ultrasound done..then decided without having it done, that she was pretty sure what she'd seen were only cysts and said she wished she'd had an earlier mammogram to judge with and could still do ultrasound if I chose...I trusted her opinion. Next week, I had follow up breast exam with dr and she noted fibrocystic breasts but said that a few areas concerned her and wanted ultrasound done. Ultrasound tech said he didn't see anything (cyst or tumor)and after waiting 4 months, I had another breast exam...new dr, but she also felt the same lump. She is suggesting I wait until Sept for next mammogram...is this wise? I really would appreciate any advice whatsoever, thank you!
