It's possible. You know how these zots can be.

Can be ovaries, intestines or adhesions. Can't tell from here. ;-)

Not unusual for 3-6 months after surgery and sometimes longer.

With a transverse incision (Pfannenstiel), microscopic nerves are cut while making the incision. These nerves grow back at variable rates and can take 3-12 months to get back to normal (and some always have increased or decreased sensations above or below the incision).

Yup. I remember. Why not check to see if the gyn things abdominal discomfort 4 months after surgery is something to look into? It's at least worth a visit and an opinion.
