I am not DR. M but I read your post with great interest.I know you said you had 2 surgeries.Did you have Hysterectomy?I had Total Abd.Hyst.5/26 and have been uncomfortable in certain area since then.I tried patches and felt so bloated from them I had to stop them.Very uncomfortable in the upper abd.area.Area of gallbladder. About a week ago I turned a certain way and started this ache in the buttock area. Now it seems I hurt all over. For a while I could also feel food moving through.I went to Internist twice and wondered if maybe hernia, blood clot, something? He also shrugged if off, said must be Irritable Bowel.Have had constipation off and on so one day took some Metamucil.Boy did I hurt that day.Felt like it would move some lump up move some more lump up.Just very uncomfortable.I regret my Hyst. The year before that I had been through every Gastro test there was,all negative. So I decided must be fibroid. So had Hyst.Adhesions on all female parts Dr.took out and appendix. If I had had Lap years before like I asked for might have found out problem. If I knew in advance about adhesions I don't think I would have set myself up for more.I guess I blame all these aches and pains on that.I had CT scan yesterday so waiting on that.Has anyone suggested nerve entrapment?I've heard that term but really don't know what it means.Could that happen during surgery and how is it diagnosed it it occurs?Hang in there. It is no fun to ache.My bones even pop, something that was not happening before Hyst.Susan
