Also I sometimes have pain that feels like its just inside my vagina. At my 4 week checkup my DR told me to do Kegals and my bladder is dropped a bit. When I have this feeling it's hard to do the kegals. . . I feel almost like something is in the way and can't sqeeze as well. This is usually at the end of the day. any idea what's going on?
