Unfortuntely, there is no such pap result as "cell changes". there has to be something more specific like "atypical cell changes" (atypical squamous cells of undetermined significance - ASCUS) or something on that order. Or maybe it said "inflammatory cell changes" indicating inflammation. It can't be "cell changes" alone. Sorry.

As far as 3 months goes, to revert to normal doesn't happen overnight and 3 months is the least amount of time required for change. Under 3 months is pretty much worthless.
