I feel so badly for what you've gone through. No one should have their complaints ignored as yours have been. There are so many possiblities as to your problem(s) that guessing here would not help at all. Would you consider a gynecologist at a University hospital? What you have can be hormonal (various possibilities there), fibroids, endometriosis and/or a combination.

Please see a reputable physician whom you've heard is caring and understanding.
