The nurse did say something when I called about the HMO not covering these if done more than than three months apart. If this is the reason I have to wait, I would gladly pay for the repeat pap to find out the cause. Do they really have to wait three months for the cells to repair , as they say, or is it more HMO related? Thanks for your reply.... Pam >> >>-- >>Harvey S. I have read many e-mail messages and I am confused. My daughter is 25 and has been getting abnormal pap results for the last year or so. Just today she first heard of LSIL. What exactly is it? why so many repeat paps? I am 41 and never heard of if. My daughter is finally being referred to a GYN next week and I plan to go with her. Are there any questions we should ask? Is this related to cervical cancer? Is there treatment and a cure? Please help we would like to better understand LSIL. Thanks,
-- Lisa (Indianapolis)
