Marchbein, M.D.: "Re: Sore breast and swelling" Last May I found a lump on my breast and had a mamo and a ultrasound, well for the past week my breast is swollen and the lump is there. They said it was just a nodule and nothing to be concerned about. I have alot of pain in that breast too. It is a sharp pain and it seem to raidat from the outer upper part where the nodule is and under my nipple.
